Benvenuto! We’re Dara & Santi, the Sicilian-American duo with a deep love for this island and its secrets. We created the Gems of Sicily Tour to give you more than just a vacation. We invite you into our Sicily.

Traveling alone? You won’t feel that way for long. Our groups are small, and by the end of the trip, we’re not just travelers - we’re friends. Most people arrive not knowing anyone and leave feeling like family.

We don’t do big buses, tourist traps, or one-size-fits-all itineraries. We take you to the gems most people miss, to real experiences with local artisans, winemakers, and chefs. You’ll walk through towns full of history, visit quiet beaches, and sit at our table to share simple, homemade food, stories, and laughs. It’s not a tour, it’s how we’d show Sicily to our own friends.

What's Included in a Gems of Sicily Tour?

Get ready to experience the magic of Sicily without a worry in the world. We've meticulously planned our "Gems of Sicily" tour so you can simply relax, explore, and soak in every moment.

Your tour includes charming accommodations, where everyone enjoys their own private room (couples will share, of course!), ensuring your comfort and personal space.

You'll savor delicious daily breakfasts and most meals which are included in the tour, allowing you to dive deep into authentic Sicilian cuisine, with just left a few meals open so you can discover your own local favorites.

From captivating village tours to delightful wine tastings and breathtaking coastal excursions, all guided experiences and transportation are included, along with all activity and site entry fees. That means no hidden costs, ever!

To top it off, a professional photographer will join us on select days, like our Palermo city day and Cefalù rooftop cooking class, to capture those candid, treasured memories.

And for a smooth start and finish, airport transfers to and from Palermo Airport (PMO) are included on the official arrival and departure dates.

The only things you'll need to arrange are your flights to and from Sicily and your personal spending for souvenirs, extra snacks, or drinks outside our group meals.
